Rachel D. Cusanelli
Newport, N.H. — Rachel D. Cusanelli, 63, of Bascom Road, passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2013.
Rachel was born in Newport, Vt., on Nov. 7, 1950, daughter to the late Marshall Charles and Florence D. (Archambault) Wilcox. She grew up in Vermont for many years and graduated from St. Mary’s High School in the Class of 1968. On August 22, 1970, she married Leo, and they shared 43 years together. Rachel worked as a position biller and coder, enjoyed knitting, crocheting and reading, and loved being with her grandchildren, cherishing every moment.
She is survived by her husband, Leo A. Cusanelli, of Newport; one daughter, Gina Robins, and her husband, James, of Dover, N.H.; a brother, Michael Wilcox, and his wife, Sylvia, of Windsor, Vt.; a sister, Pauline Danyew, and her husband, Ronald, of Franklin, Vt. and Bradenton, Fla.; two granddaughters, Kaela MacKenzie Robins and Paige Elizabeth Robins; and several nieces and nephews.
A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patrick’s Church with Burial at St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
There will be no Calling Hours.
