Pearl Lorraine (Twiss) Earle

Morrisville,Vt. — Pearl Lorraine (Twiss) Earle, a great lady known by all as a great humanitarian passed from this world Nov. 11, 2013 at The Manor with family by her side. Noted for her ability to knit and sew and as a writer of free verse. Incredible mother, wife and friend.

For eighteen years she was the voice of Johnson State and could remember phone numbers up until her passing. She touched many lives in the auction business where she kept the books for her husband, Lawrence, for twenty-five years.

She was known as Aunt Pearl to many children when she worked as a volunteer at the Eden Central School. She worked tirelessly at the Lamoille County Senior Center and the Meals on Wheels program. Pearl always had a smile for those she met.

She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Lawrence Earle, five children and their families; seventeen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren and loads of extended family.

Funeral will be in the spring. White-Fiess Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.
