Robert M. Mastic
Bradford, Vt. — Robert M. Mastic, 64, a resident of Bradford and formerly of Hartland, passed away Tuesday evening, Oct. 22, 2013, at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon following a brief illness.
He was born July 20, 1949, in Windsor, Vt. the son of Robert H. and Margaret (Lapine) Mastic. He received his schooling in Hartland and Windsor and graduated from Windsor High School. He had served with the Vermont National Guard. Bob was employed as an automobile body repairman, both on his own and at several Upper Valley Auto Body Shops. He most recently had worked with his son at his shop in Bradford repairing racecars. He was an avid hunter, enjoyed the outdoors and car racing. He was especially fond of spending time with his family.
He was predeceased by his parents.
Survivors include one son, Martin R. Mastic and his fiancé, Patricia Peirano; one grandson, Kyle Shaw, one granddaughter, Talya Shaw, all of Bradford; two aunts, Marion Kenyon of Windsor, Vt. and Eleanor Garcia of Hartland, Vt.
At Mr. Mastic’s request there will be no formal funeral services.
