Millicent C. Boisclair
Claremont, N.H. — Millicent C. Boisclair, 78, formerly of 42 Myrtle Street in Claremont died Thursday, June 5, 2014, at the Lebanon Center of Genesis Healthcare following a period of failing health. She was born Millicent Claire Coulombe in Claremont on May 12, 1936, the daughter of Arthur Coulombe and Josephine (Asanowicz) Coulombe, and had been a lifetime Claremont resident until her move to Lebanon.
She received her parochial education at St. Mary’s School. Millicent had been employed by International Shoe Company prior to her marriage. She married Roland A. “Bucky” Boisclair in 1955. He predeceased her on Jan. 31, 1993. She enjoyed reading and playing bingo.
Members of her family include four children, Stephen Boisclair and his wife, Susan, Middlesex, Vt., James Boisclair and his wife, Beth, Claremont, Andrew Boisclair and his wife, Bettina, Tucson, Ariz., Joanne Theiss and her husband, Howard, Gallaway, N.J.; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Sandra Wirrell, Claremont, Dorothy Kelly, Norfolk, Va.; and nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Tuesday in St. Mary’s Church with the Rev. Shawn M. Therrien, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Friends may call at the Roy Funeral Home, 93 Sullivan Street, Claremont on Monday evening from 7 p.m. to 9 pm.
