Sutherland Daniel Miller Jr.
Charlotte, N.C. -- Dr. Sutherland Daniel Miller Jr., a former commissioner of mental health for the state of Vermont and former director of mental health for the state of Colorado, died on Tuesday, April 29, 2008, in Charlotte, N.C. He was 75 and had until recently resided in West Lebanon.
