Tammy Allen, of Weathersfield, gets Blaze ready with antlers, a silver garland and a red nose before yesterday’s 29th annual Equestrian Parade, part of Woodstock’s 30th annual Wassail Weekend. Allen said she stayed up until 11:30 Friday night making Blaze’s antlers. The parade of horses and riders was coordinated by the Green Mountain Horse Association, High Horses Therapeutic Riding Program and the Woodstock Area Chamber of Commerce.
