West Windsor, Vt. — Vesta Anne Despart, 81, a longtime resident of West Windsor, died early Thursday morning, April 16, 2015, at Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center in Windsor, Vt. She was born Nov. 25, 1933 in Windsor, Vt. the daughter of Shirley and Ila (Dimick) Hammond. She attended school in West Windsor and graduated from Windsor High School. Vesta attended college in Burlington, Vt. for a couple of years before returning to West Windsor when she started her long career at the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Windsor. She retired after 35 years as an office administrator. Following her retirement Vesta worked behind the counter for several years at the Ascutney …
