Claremont — It may still be early in the season, but the Stevens High baseball team is bringing the thunder thus far. Getting comfortable quickly in their home surroundings, the Cardinals exploded for a 16-6 victory in five innings over visiting Windsor on Monday afternoon at Barnes Park. Ryan Tanguay sparked things early with an RBI triple for Stevens. Austin Tenney added two hits and drove in a pair of runs. Junior Tyler Woodman had his first varsity hit, a two-run single.
