Randolph — Orange County voters in the Randolph and Chelsea area have some decisions to make as three Vermont House candidates are running in two two-seat districts in the Vermont House. State Reps. Patsy French and Marjorie Ryerson, both D-Randolph, and Republican Charles Russell are vying for two House seats representing the Orange-Washington-Addison district. The district includes the towns of Braintree, Brookfield, Granville, Randolph and Roxbury.
