Royalton, Vt. — Joyce E. Post, 79 died on Monday, Oct. 20, 2014, at the Menig Extended Living Facility in Randolph, Vt. She was born Dec. 16, 1934, in Greenfield, Mass., the daughter of Farrand and Grace (Perry) Hodgdon. Joyce graduated in 1952 from South Royalton High School in South Royalton. After high school she attended the Northampton Commercial College in Northampton, Mass., where she graduated in 1954. On Aug. 24, 1956, she married Robert H. Post of Royalton. Joyce and Robert together managed the Post Dairy Farm for all of their married life. Robert died on April 15, 2004. She was a member of the East Bethel Community Church where she taught Sunday School …
