Wedding: Viner — Collins

South Royalton — Chloe Tahiti Evangeline Viner and Shane Robert Collins were married on Aug. 17, 2013.

The wedding and reception took place at Mystic Aquarium in Mystic, Conn. The bride was escorted by her father in a ceremony that was presided over by Chaplain Bill Blaine-Wallace. Ashley Hiatt was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jazmin Sandoz-Rosado, Lyric Cox, Rebecca Wagner, Tatiana Clay, Megan Clay and Samantha Rae Quintana. The flower girl was Athena Cox.

The best man was Stephen Gamache. Groomsmen were Cody Turner, Jon Browher, Max Viner, Kurt McCain, Scott Lamontagne and Nabil Benhayoun. The ring bearer was Oliver Cox.

The bride is the daughter of Aron Viner, of Rowley, Mass. She graduated from Manchester Essex Regional High School in Manchester, Mass., in 2005 and earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, in 2009. She earned a law degree from Vermont Law School in 2012 and is employed as a development and volunteer coordinator at Vermont Institute of Natural Science in Quechee.

The bridegroom is the son of Doris and Robert Collins, of South Windsor, Conn. He graduated from South Windsor High School in 2006 and earned a bachelor’s degree in English from UMass-Amherst in 2010. He is pursuing a master’s degree in creative writing from the University of Southern Maine in Portland and is employed as a tour guide at Harpoon Brewery in Windsor.

The couple honeymooned in Puerto Rico. They make their home in South Royalton.
