State Awards $900K in Grants for Broadband Improvements

Norwich — Four Upper Valley towns — Norwich, Randolph, Royalton and Bradford — are among the eight Vermont communities that will benefit from state grants totaling nearly $900,000 aimed at improving broadband Internet speeds in underserved areas, according to an announcement from Gov.
