Pomfret, Vt. — Jonathan “Jack” Charles Maxham, 65, died unexpectedly Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. The son of Henry and Martha (Bailey) Maxham, Jack was born on May 30, 1949 in Hanover, N.H. Jack graduated from Woodstock Union High School and the New Hampshire Technical College with a degree in electrical engineering. He served in the Army Reserves and worked on the family farm for several years before beginning a 40+ year career with Granite State Electric (now National Grid), retiring in May as the lead technician in the communications department. In the winter of 1977, he met Kristen “Krit” Wilson on the local snowmobile trails, and they …
