VA Taps Social Worker For Women’s Program Manager White River Junction — Carey Russ, a social worker, has been named women veterans program manager at White River Junction VA Medical Center. Carey’s duties will include advising and advocating for women veterans, as well as coordinating a range of medical services. Due to the rising number of women in the military, specialized care for women veterans is becoming increasingly important, the medical center said in a recent news release.
