Mt. Ascutney Hospital Diabetes Education Program Earns Accreditation Windsor — The Diabetes Self-Management Education Program at Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center was recently accredited by the American Association of Diabetes Education. The certification is awarded to programs and organizations that have demonstrated a commitment to diabetes education, offering quality programming to help diabetes patients self-manage the disease, the hospital said in a recent news release. To maintain accreditation, programs must meet the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support.
