Women’s Volleyball: Colby-Sawyer 3, Castleton 0
New London — Colby-Sawyer (17-13) advanced to today’s NAC championship with a sweep of Castleton (9-12) in the semifinals yesterday. Game scores were 25-10, 25-10, 25-8.
Colby-Sawyer maintained its impressive streak of conference play without dropping a set. Jackie Keating compiled 18 kills and hit .680 for the Chargers, while teammate Laura Smolinski collected 36 assists and Ally LeBruno had a match-high 12 digs and four aces.
Colby-Sawyer will host Maine Maritime for the title today.
