Portion of Rail Trail Closed in Lebanon
Lebanon — A portion of the Northern Rail Trail in Lebanon is closed as a result of a sewer main project in the area of the Bank Street Extension, according to the city’s Public Works Department.
The trail is closed from Bank Street Extension east to the Lebanon Memorial Pool through next Monday, Aug. 18.
As a result of the closure, users may have to take a detour — following Bank Street Extension across Packard Hill Bridge and reentering the trail at Riverside Parking, also known as Bakers Crossing, according to the Northern Rail Trail website, northernrailtrail.org. — Staff report
