Hartland, Vt. — Janice A. Rowell, 80, passed away early Saturday morning, Oct. 25, 2014 at the Mt. Ascutney Hospital in Windsor, Vt. She was born April 19, 1934 in Windsor, the daughter of Kenneth E. and Mae E. (Burke) Hunt. Janice grew up and attended school in Windsor. She graduated from Windsor High School, class of 1952. After graduation she worked for a time in Keene, N.H. On July 27, 1956 she married William H. Rowell in Windsor. They made their home at the family farm in Hartland until 1962 when they built their home on Mace Hill Road where they have lived ever since. Janice worked as a secretary for the railroad for …
