Robbery In Wilder

Hartford — Police are searching for a female who robbed the Cumberland Farms in Wilder at knife point on Sunday night.

The woman entered the convenience store and brandished a knife before leaving with cigarettes and an undisclosed amount of money at 11:13 p.m., according to a news release. Police recovered several of the stolen items as well as clothing worn by the woman during a police K9 unit search of the area.

The woman is described as weighing 130 to 140 pounds and standing about about 5’ 4” with brunette hair. She was reportedly wearing a blue hat and light colored coat at the time of the incident, police said.

Vermont State Police as well as officers from the Windsor and Lebanon police departments responded.
