Wedding: Blickarz — Perreault
Wilder — Catherine E. Blickarz and Roger D. Perreault were married on July 18, 2014, on Salisbury Beach in Massachusetts.
The bride is the daughter of Mary Ann and Mike Blickarz, of Wilder. She graduated from Hartford High School in 1996 and earned a bachelor’s degree from Marist College, in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., in 2000. She is employed as a legal assistant at Fuller, Rosenberg, Palmer & Beliveau LLP in Worcester, Mass.
The bridegroom is the son of David and Ellie Perreault, of Oxford, Mass., and Beverly and David Lavalle, of Escondido, Calif.
He graduated from Bay Path Regional Technical High School in Charlton, Mass., in 1997. He attended Fitchburg State College in Fitchburg, Mass., before serving in the Marine Corps from 1999-2003. He is employed as a production manager at Clariant Corp., in Holden, Mass.
The bride’s father escorted her down the aisle. The groom’s mother was granted permission by the Massachusetts governor to officiate at the ceremony. The reception took place at Seaglass at the Pavilion at Salisbury Beach.
Courtney Blickarz was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Katie Robbins and Amanda Grainger. The couple’s daughter, Raegan Perreault, was the flower girl. Netlin Mendez was the best man. The groomsmen were Daryle Rousseau and Chris Davey.
The bride had her great-great-aunt Lydia Gee’s grandmother’s ring tied into the bridal bouquet, which was made of hydrangeas and ivory sweetheart roses, in tribute to her as she was more of a grandmother than an aunt to the bride.
The couple live in Oxford, Mass.
