Fairlee, Vt. — Reginald E. Bishop, 75, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Friday, April 17, 2015, at his home in Fairlee. Born March 9, 1940, in Brattleboro, Vt., Reginald was the son of Ervin and Maxine (Ray) Bishop. Reg grew up in Wilmington, Vt., where learning to swim on nearby Ray Pond introduced his great love of lakes. As a young man he enjoyed working on his car at his father’s garage and engaging in many shenanigans with life long friends. Most importantly, it is here where he met the love of his life, Nancy Lucia Bishop. Married in 1965, they recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. During that amazing journey, …
