Enfield, N.H. — Hope Margaret Wescott, 97, a long time Enfield resident died Saturday, Aug. 1, 2015. She was born in Greendale, Mass. on April 29, 1918, to the late Alden & Margaret (Murry) Chase. She was a member of the Lebanon Emblem Club and the West Lebanon Baptist Church. She had worked for the Baltic Woolen Mill for many years before moving to Washington State where she worked for Pendleton Woolen Mill. She then returned to Enfield and began working for Baker Library in Hanover. She is survived by a son, Morris “Sonny” Wescott of Bradford, N.H.; daughters, Charlotte Taylor, Ellen Barker and Jeannie Langord all of Washington; and a daughter, Patricia Leonard of …
