Enfield, N.H. — Joseph Hurshell Sears Jr., 70, passed away peacefully Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015, at DHMC in Lebanon, N.H., surrounded by his family. He was born at home in Canaan, N.H. on July 28, 1944 to Joseph H. and Frances (Grace) Sears. When Joe was 8 his family moved to Methodist Hill in Enfield, where he grew up and lived most of his life. He attended school in Canaan, East Plainfield, N.H. (in a one room school house until it closed), then in Meriden, N.H. Joe leaves behind one daughter, Patricia Vincent and her husband William, of Addison, Vt.; his sisters, Frances Lassen and husband Joseph, Lottie Shippen and husband William of Enfield; grandchildren …
