Hanover Residents Join Humane Society Board
Enfield — Betsy McClain and Rosalie Smith Wyman, both of Hanover, have joined the Upper Valley Humane Society Board of Directors.
McClain is finance director and deputy town clerk for the town of Hanover and serves on the executive committee for the New Hampshire Government Finance Officers Association.
An Upper Valley resident for nearly 25 years, she has been active with several local nonprofits. She holds a master’s degree from American University.
Wyman owns and operates retail cabinetry and tile and flooring showrooms.
Her two decades of volunteer experience include serving as a trustee of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund International.
She is co-founder of Wyman Worldwide Health Partners Inc., which works to improve the health care delivery system in rural Rwanda. She holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from New York University.
