Wendy Lee Mudge
Claremont, N.H. — Wendy Lee Mudge, 42, of Grove Street in Claremont, N.H. died on Sunday, March 16, 2014, after a heroic battle with cancer.
Wendy was born in Springfield, Vt. on July 28, 1971, the daughter of Jeffrey A. and Phyllis Ann (Gibson) Thibodeau, Sr. She was a graduate of Stevens High School in the Class of 1989.
Wendy was an amazing woman who’s kind heart, strong will and generous nature touched the lives of so many. Her whole life was her family and friends, she fought every day for them.
Her family includes her husband, Keith A. Mudge whom she married on June 15, 1996; her children, Emily and Lucas Mudge; her father, Jeffrey Thibodeau, Sr. of Claremont; her brother, Jeffrey Thibodeau, Jr. and his wife, Chantel of Charlestown; her sister, Dina Parshall and her husband, Allan of Corinth, Vt.; her in-laws, Pat and Phil Mudge of Claremont; sister-in-law, Laurie Mudge of Charlestown; also numerous beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Thibodeau in 2008.
Family and friends may call at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont on Friday, March 21 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St Joseph Church, Elm Street in Claremont on Saturday morning at 11 a.m. with Father George Majka, officiating. Burial will follow in St Mary Cemetery. A reception will be held at the Common Man Restaurant on Water Street.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Wendy’s memory to the Norris Cotton Cancer Center, One Medical Center Drive, Lebanon, NH 03756.
