Liberty Utilities Seeks 55 Percent Decrease in Summer Rates

Concord — Liberty Utilities predicts its average customers will see their monthly electric bills drop by $47 this spring, signaling an end to a winter period when electricity rates across the state spiked by as much as 100 percent in some cases.
