Goshen, N.H. — Thomas Harold Fuller, Jr., 29, of Goshen, passed away due to degenerative heart failure on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014, in Newbury, N.H. He was born in Claremont, N.H. on Feb. 7, 1985, the son of Thomas H. Fuller, Sr., and Barbara (Carignan) Meier. Tom was a big hearted kid who enjoyed fishing and camping. He had previously owned and operated Tom’s Portable Toilets. The family includes his father, Thomas H.
