Concord — Four Upper Valley soccer standouts will represent their schools one last time next summer as members of the New Hampshire roster for the Twin State Lions Cup matches against Vermont. Hanover’s Luke Strohbehn and Susanna Penfield, Lebanon’s Rachael Townsend and Stevens’ Daniel Croteau were chosen for the two Granite State squads, information the New Hampshire Soccer Coaches Association announced with its four divisional all-state teams last week.
