Matthew James Papps
Claremont, N.H. — Matthew James Papps, 45, of Mulberry Street in Claremont passed away on Tuesday evening, February 5, 2013, at his parents home.
He was born in Claremont on Dec, 1, 1967, the son of Michael F. and Irene W. (Labrecque) Papps.
He was a graduate of Stevens High School in the Class of 1986 and attended Plymouth State College.
Matthew moved to California from 1992 until 2000. He was a Stock Broker for Scudder and Jack Whites while living in San Diego.
He was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1997 at the age of 28.
His family includes his parents; one brother, Michael John Papps and his wife, Mary of New Market; one sister, Katherine Sandoval and her husband, Keith of Bremerton, Wash.; also many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Friends and family may call at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont on Friday evening Feb. 8 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, Feb. 9 at 11 a.m. with Father George Majka, officiating.
Burial will be held at a later date in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
