Norwich, Vt. — Donald B. Poulson, 72, passed away Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. Arrangements are pending with Rand-Wilson Funeral Home in Hanover, N.H., with a service to be held at Norwich Congregational Church on Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at 3 p.m. A full obituary to follow.
