Ocoee, Fla. — Barbara G. Bartley, 84, longtime resident of Hartland, Vt. and the Upper Valley died Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012, in Ocoee. Barbara moved to the Orlando area several years ago. A memorial service is being planned.
