Adolescent Substance Abuse Is Focus of Dec. 16 Forum At Hartford High School
Hartford — A discussion about adolescent substance abuse is set for Dec. 16 at 6:30 p.m. at Hartford High School.
The free event will feature a panel of adolescents in recovery, professional counselors, and emergency service and law enforcement professionals.
The discussion will cover the substances being used in the community, warning signs of adolescent drug use and resources available to address adolescent substance abuse. Students and adults are encouraged to take part.
Child care will be provided.
The discussion is sponsored by Second Growth and the Hartford School District, which are both part of Hartford’s Multi-Agency Community Council.
