Bentleys Restaurant in Woodstock has made two staff changes.

Jim Younce , of Charlestown, has been hired as executive chef. Younce is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary College in Dover, N.H. He will head culinary operations at Bentleys, including kitchen management, staffing and menu development. He also will assist with catering, function and event coordination. He was born and raised in Hicksville, Fla., before moving to the Upper Valley at the age of 12. He is a serious collector of vintage sports cards.

Nicole “Nici” Zuba , of Woodstock, has been promoted to the position of floor and catering manager. Zuba is a senior staff member whose tenure at Bentleys dates back to the early 1990s. She is a Woodstock native and attended the University of New Hampshire. In the new position, she will oversee all bar functions and assist in the coordination of private dining and off-site catering events. Her responsibilities will include leading the team that manages bartenders, servers and host staff.

Susan M. Sorensen , of Hanover, has joined the staff of Vermont Facial Aesthetics in Norwich as a licensed aesthetician. The practice is under the direction of Dr. Carol F. Boerner. Sorensen is an honors graduate of the Laird Institute of Spa Therapy in Manchester and has completed a 900-hour advanced esthetics program. She is certified to perform chemical peels, ultrasonic facials, LED light therapy, manual and machine microdermabrasion and manual lymphatic drainage. In addition, she is licensed to perform European and specialty facial services, hair removal and camouflage and corrective makeup.
