Theodore G. “Todd” Thompson , of Norwich, has been named vice president of Trumbull-Nelson Construction Co. of Hanover and Montpelier.

Thompson joined Trumbull-Nelson as assistant project manager in 2000 and was promoted to the position of project manager in 2002, overseeing a wide variety of institutional, commercial and residential building and renovations, including work at the Howe Library, AVA Gallery and Art Center, Thetford Academy, Hanover Consumer Cooperative, Bellows Falls Middle School, Jake’s Convenience Stores, and various new home construction projects.

Thompson is a 1992 graduate of the University of Vermont.

Robin Ng , of Hanover, has joined Upper Valley Ride in a newly created position as customer service manager. Ng is responsible for customer communications (telephone and email). She will provide clients with information regarding airport shuttle schedules, pricing, as well as booking reservations. UVRide provides five daily shuttles to and from Manchester and Boston and private car service 24 hours per day.

Engineer Brian Mack has joined the consulting engineering firm DuBois & King as a project designer in the transportation division.

As a professional engineer in Vermont and New York, with 10 years of experience, Mack has worked with the New York Department of Transportation and as a consultant providing design and construction inspection services for transportation projects.

Mack lives in Waitsfield and works out of the firm’s Randolph headquarters.

Founded in 1962, DuBois & King provides multidiscipline engineering services from offices in Randolph, Williston, and Springfield, Vermont and Bedford and Laconia, N.H.
