Wedding: Ruppertsberger — Lynd

Plainfield — Natalie Marie Ruppertsberger and Noah Staughton Rybeck Lynd were married on July 6, 2013.

The wedding took place at Langwood Farm in Cornish, in an outdoor ceremony that was presided over by the Rev. John Gregory-Davis and the Rev. Susan Gregory-Davis.

In the Swedish tradition, the bride and bridegroom escorted one another. The wedding party was led by the bridegroom’s brother, who played the fiddle as they made their way up the hill and also as they walked back down to the reception.

Bridesmaids were Hanna Ruppertsberger, Hilary Lynd, Marissa Maliwanag and Sam Forrest. Groomsmen were Geordie Lynd, the bridegroom’s brother, Pat Murphy and Ryan Heide.

The bride is the daughter of Birgit and Hank Ruppertsberger, of Plainfield. She graduated from Lebanon High School in 2007 and earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Bates College in 2011. She is employed as a laboratory technician at Thayer School of Engineering.

The bridegroom is the son of Betsy and Lee Rybeck Lynd, of Plainfield. He graduated from Lebanon High School in 2007 and earned a bachelor’s degree in physics from Bates College in 2011 and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Dartmouth College in 2013. He is pursuing employment as an engineer.

The couple plan to take a honeymoon in December.

They make their home in Plainfield.
