Wedding Announcment: Gray — Belock
White River Junction — Arliene Amanda Gray and Joshua Ernest Belock were married on Nov. 17, 2012.
The wedding took place at Lake Morey Inn and Resort, in Fairlee. Larry Coffin, of Bradford, Vt., performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride was escorted down the aisle by her brother, Rand Gray,who also served as a groomsman.
The bride wore a strapless white satin gown with a semi-cathedral length train, elbow length satin gloves and tulle veil. The dress was adorned with embroidery and crystal beading. She carried a bouquet made up of burgundy calla lilies and ivory roses interspersed with crystal embellishments.
The matron of honor was the mother of the bride. Bridesmaids were Sherri Perkins, Kendra Moody and Amy Morgan. The junior bridesmaid was Leah Moody. The bride had five flower girls: Lillian Wheeler, Maria Wheeler, Abigail Becker, Rachel Moody and Shelby Moody.
The best woman was the mother of the bridegroom. Groomsmen included Jeff Moody, John Moody, John Becker and Michael Perkins. There were three ring bearers: Zackary Gray, Abraham Wheeler and Theo Becker.
A reception followed in the Terrace Ballroom at the resort.
The bride is the daughter of Lisa Wheeler Gray, of Randolph Center, and Terry Gray, of Bradford, Vt. She graduated from Oxbow High School in 2005 and earned a bachelor’s degree in professional studies with a concentration in business and hospitality from Johnson State College in 2011. She is employed as a customer service manager at Upper Valley Produce.
The bridegroom is the son of Shirley Moody, of Mendon, Vt., and David Belock, of Center Rutland. He graduated from West Rutland High School in 2000 and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The College of Saint Joseph in 2004. He is employed as production manager/quality control at Vermont Hydroponic.
The couple honeymooned in New York City. They make their home in White River Junction.
