Touchline Wins Opener

Windsor — Nic Johnson scored three goals as Touchline (1-0) defeated Windsor 7-0 in a New Hampshire Soccer Conference men’s Division V match.

P.J. Shaw, Chris Powell and A.J. Barre each had a goal and an assist for Touchline, and Jake Acker also scored.

Colby Richardson, Chris Parenteau, Robbie Murdza and Marcus Helble had one assist each. Keeper Connor Edson made three saves. Windsor’s Will Jaarsma made 18 saves. Touchline visits Fall Mountain tomorrow.

Women’s Soccer

Ararat Zion 3, Lebanon-Beverage King 2

Henniker — Ararat Zion snapped a 2-2 tie with a second-half goal, thwarting a comeback by Lebanon-Beverage King (2-1-1), which trailed 2-0 at the half.

Katie Bradford and Jill Dion scored for Lebanon, and each assisted on the other’s goal. Kyra Herbert and Shannon Boisvert split time in goal.

Lebanon Jrs. 18, Newport (Vt.) 6

Lebanon — Caleb Broughton and Cam Broughton had three hits each as Lebanon Post 22’s junior team (2-0) defeated Newport.

Ben Robinson added two hits for Lebanon, which broke the game open with a nine-run sixth inning in which every player in the Post 22 lineup scored a run.

Noah Mayes, Lenny Byrd and Chase Dulac pitched for Lebanon, which visits Lincoln for a twin bill tomorrow.

Clinic at Mascoma High

West Canaan — The third annual Mascoma football clinic will be held tomorrow on the high school footbalI field with sign-in scheduled for 9:30 a.m.

The free clinic, run by Josh Kershaw, begins at 10 a.m. and runs until 4 p.m. It is a helmets-only, non-contact clinic with players invited from Claremont, Lebanon, Kearsarge, Hanover and Mascoma teams.

The clinic will be run by college and semipro players from the New Hampshire Wolfpack, Boston College, Plymouth State University and Dartmouth College.
