Claremont’s Bourdon Centre Marks Anniversary With Cookbook
Claremont — The Earle M. Bourdon Centre, an independent living facility and activity center on Maple Avenue, is creating a cookbook to mark its 35th anniversary.
The cookbook contains 254 recipes, including some from Gov. Maggie Hassan and Sen. Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H. It also includes recipes from members of the Congress of Claremont Senior Citizens.
