Woodstock ‘Resale’ to Benefit Williams Public Library

Woodstock — Those looking to weed out their stuff may be interested in an upcoming “resale” to benefit the Norman Williams Public Library.

Homeowners, businesses, artisans, antique dealers and food vendors are all welcome to take part in the event, organizers said in a recent news release. The sale will take place on May 24, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., in Union Arena Community Center.

Rentals booths, available in two sizes, include tables. Booths measuring 5 feet by 10 feet are $40; those measuring 5 feet by 20 feet are $75. Renting a booth without a table decreases the price by $5. A limited number of outdoor booths for large items, such as boats and RVs, are available. Sellers keep the proceeds; the booth rental fees benefit the library.

The sale, sponsored by the library, will feature “booth minders” and a “remains of the day” service that will collect leftover items for charity.

To register, go to normanwilliams.org and click on Upcoming Events, or call 802-457-2965.

The deadline to reserve a booth is April 30. — Staff report
