Heidi Marie Perry Johnson

Hartland, Vt. — Heidi Marie Perry Johnson, 33, passed away suddenly surrounded by her family and friends on Thursday, April 11, 2013. She was born on May 6, 1979 in Lebanon, N.H., to Michael A. & Diane M. (Eastman) Perry. Heidi grew up in North Hartland, Vt. and graduated from Hartford High school in 1997. She most recently worked at DHMC as a Phlebotomist. Heidi loved life and lived hers to the fullest. She was a very giving and loving person.

Heidi’s miracle from God and gift to us all is her precious daughter Kaylah. Heidi loved dolphins, golfing, visiting the beach, camping, swimming, knitting, crocheting and walks with Kaylah. Heidi also loved spending time with all her family and friends, but most of all her daughter Kaylah, nieces Piper and Emma and nephew Ryan. One of her most recent joys was a trip to Disney with Kaylah and Andy. There really are no words to truly describe what an amazing young woman Heidi was. She will be loved and missed by all.

Heidi is survived by her parents, Michael & Diane Perry of North Hartland; her daughter Kaylah Johnson of Hartland; former husband Andrew Johnson of Hartland; her twin sister Nicole LeBlanc and husband Todd of Newbury, N.H.; a sister Alisha Lundrigan and husband Patrick of Plainfield, N.H.; two brothers Kai Eastman and girlfriend Kelsey Tweed of Hartland, Michael LaHaye and wife Sabrina of Keystone Heights, Fla., Gram Beatrice Eastman of Lebanon N.H., aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, many close friends and her boyfriend Adam Lemoine of Hartland. She is predeceased by maternal grandfather Ernest Eastman and her uncle Bernard Eastman.

Family and friends are invited to calling hours at the Ricker Funeral Home in Lebanon on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and again from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church in Lebanon on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 11 a.m.
