Sheila Louis Drury (Handy)
Cornish, N.H. — Sheila passed away at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center on Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012, after a long illness. She is survived by her husband, Joseph; her son Aaron, of Keene N.H.; her son Thomas, of Boston, Mass.; daughter Emily, of Cornish; sister Kathleen Murphy, of Lynn, Mass.; brother Ted Handy, and many neices and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Katie.
She was born in Lynn, Mass., on Dec. 14, 1956, to her parents, Edward and Cecilia Handy. Graduated from Lynn English High School. She worked as an EEG technician at Childrens Hospital in Boston before graduating from Rittners School of Floral Design in Boston. Married Joseph Drury in 1975 and worked at Johnson Flower Shop in Lawrence, Mass., before moving to Cornish in 1991. She spent many hours volunteering at St. Gaudens National Historic Site for several years arranging flowers and was a member of The First Universalist Society of Hartland, Vt., where she served on the Religious Education Commitee.
