John Carl Dugliss

White River Junction, Vt. — John Carl Dugliss, 63, of White River Junction died on Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014 at his home. He was born in Flushing, N.Y. on Sept. 2, 1950, the son of Donald Gunsten and Jeanne Marie (Hogg) Dugliss.

He grew up in East Northport with his parents and younger brother, David.

He served in the U.S. Navy.

He loved his Harley and spending time with his family.

John was a member of the United Methodist Church in White River Junction, a member of the Disabled American Veterans, the NRA and the American Legion Post #0026.

His family includes a son, Franklin Watson and his wife, Tina Beauregard; four grandsons, Ezrik Menard, Tylr Watson, Kyle Beauregard and Cruz Watson; an uncle, Peter Hogg; a sister-in-law, Jan Dugliss; nieces, Amy Dugliss and husband, Mike Fiorentino, Melanie Peden and husband, Shawn and Valerie Folnsbee and her husband, Neil; grandnieces, Oni, Tatiana and Teagan and one grandnephew, Maeson.

He was preceded in death by a son, Justin Menard; a brother, David Dugliss; his parents; his grandparents, Carl and Mable Holmblad and John and Ada Hogg.

There will be no visiting hours or services.
