Albert B. Chandler Music Hall and Cultural Center: Main Street, (802) 728-9878. A nonprofit cultural foundation that hosts plays, festivals and other cultural events throughout the year.
Porter's Music Box Co.: Route 66, (802) 728-9694, (800) 811-7087. Museum and manufacturing plant for the world's only maker of disc-style music boxes. Display of antique music boxes and porcelain automatons open to public; tours Monday through Saturday on the hour and half hour, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Last tour starts at 3:30 p.m.; $2.50 fee.
Randolph Historical Museum: The museum features a complete turn-of-the-century drug store, run by the Leonard family for three generations, complete with a soda fountain. Displays also include a typical living room, bedroom and kitchen from Randolph in the early 1900s, antique camera equipment, and even a plaster cast of the tracks of one of the last panthers to live in the region. The museum is on Salisbury Street and is open the first Sunday of each month from 2-4 p.m. and the Fourth of July.
