North Hartland Lake: The recreation area on Clay Hill Road features picnic facilities with shelters, nature trails, swimming and a boat launch, with snowmobile trails, cross country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. Hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Fees: $1 per person over 12 for entrance to recreation area (max $3 per car); $2 for use of boat launch; shelters, $60 and $40, plus a $5 electricity charge.
