Cyncar will serve two to four years on the reckless conduct conviction and received credit of 259 days of time served.

He also received a suspended 12-month sentence on the resisting arrest conviction, a misdemeanor.

Cyncar, who at the time of his arrest in Lebanon had been wanted on an extradition warrant out of Colorado on a drug charge, was convicted and sentenced on that offense in February.

The New Hampshire and Colorado sentences will be served concurrently, according to court records.
