Snow delays opening of Hartland shooting range

HARTLAND – The opening of the Hammond Cove Shooting Range has been delayed to April 11 due to snow from the late March storm, according to a release from the Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department.

The shooting range is monitored by the department, and located at the end of Ferry Road. Once open, it will operate Thursday through Monday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
