Green Mountain Care Board to conduct virtual listening tour

WHITE RIVER JUNCTION — The Green Mountain Care Board is conducting a virtual listening tour to hear from Vermonters about their experiences with the state’s health care system.

The meetings — required under Act 167 of 2022 — to be held this month and next are organized by regions based on the state's hospitals. For each region, the board is hosting two meetings, one for community members and one for providers. 

The Upper Valley meetings are:

Randolph’s Gifford Medical Center

■Community Meeting: Wednesday, Nov. 8, from 4 to 6 p.m. 

■Provider Meeting: Thursday, Nov. 9, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Springfield (Vt.) Hospital

■Community Meeting: Monday, Nov. 13, 2023 from 4 to 6 p.m.

■Provider Meeting: Wednesday, Nov. 15 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

White River Junction area and Windsor’s Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center

■Community Meeting: Monday, Nov. 6, from 4 to 6 p.m.

■Provider Meeting: Wednesday, Nov. 1, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
