CHELSEA — The Federal Emergency Management Agency is holding a town hall meeting on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Chelsea Town Hall.

Neighboring communities are invited, according to a post on the Chelsea town website.

The meeting offers community members the chance to learn about the disaster recovery process and have questions answered.

Chelsea was among the hardest hit Upper Valley communities in the July flooding that hit Vermont.
